The Super X runs from the supplied 4 * AA battery pack providing up to 1:30 hour of use or directly from the main via the AC Adapter supplied.

The Super X has a switch to select between two modes of operation:
1. Portable USB OTG Hard disk: Copy from any USB device such as a Digital Camera to its internal Hard disk which capacity varies from 20 to 80GB!
2. USB Bridge: Copy from a USB storage device to another one.

The Super X can be connected to a computer via the USB port (USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 compatible) to retrieve all the data backed up.
This allows the Super X to be used finally as an external Hard disk.
Tiny and easy to carry, the Super X is supplied in a protective case to carry it alongside the 4 AA battery pack.
LEDs indicate the working status of the Super X. When plugged via USB port of your computer, the Super X doesn't require any external power. As a stand alone unit, the Super X gets powered from the AC Adapter or 4 AA Battery pack supplied. It doesn't have any internal battery making it very compact and lightweight.
Note: When connecting the Super X to your computer, you need to put the switch to the position down.

The Super X is available in either Red or Blue.

Note about Windows 98 users The Super X does not require any driver, but if you use Windows 98SE, you will need to install the drivers which zipped file is available from here.

Speed rate to transfer to the Super X Hard disk: a CompactFlash 256MB via a USB Card reader takes 5 minutes to copy.
